Sessions range from 15-60 minutes. FEES Each event and service is personally customized according to your specific needs and special requests. Our fees reflect a unique service, outstanding practitioners, and the luxury of bringing the entire experience to your location. Fees depend on the number of people, the time of service, the services requested and the location of the event. SPA PRODUCTS During the Spa sessions you will experience a sample of our Forever Eden Organic Collection. Our products will also be available on site for purchase. MINIMUMS & MAXIMUMS There is a 3 hour booking minimum. We can accommodate from 4+ guests. A site visit is recommended during the planning phase so we can preview your facility to ensure appropriate floor space and set up requirements. SERVICE AREA Mobile Spa parties are offered in Calvert and St. Mary's Counties. For events within a 20 mile radius of California, MD there is no additional travel fee. For events outside a 20 mile radius of California, MD there is a $25 travel fee per service provider. GIFT CERTIFICATES Give the gift of Forever Eden Mobile Wellness Spa services with our gift certificates. We can create a customized mobile spa package gift certificate that can also be delivered with a beautiful Forever Eden organic spa gift basket. CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS Forever Eden takes pride in providing quality, reliable services at an affordable price. Due to the intricate nature of scheduling an event with all of our service providers, if you cancel less than two weeks prior to event date, you will forfeit your deposit. If a guest is late or unable to attend the event, he/she will forfeit their service(s) or portion of service(s). If Forever Eden must cancel an event, your deposit will be refunded. We will reschedule as soon as possible. If Forever Eden must cancel a portion of services (if a service provider is sick, for instance), we will offer your choice of a substituted service or refund that portion of your event. RESERVE YOUR DATE Forever Eden Mobile Spa parties are scheduled by selecting a mutually agreed upon date, time and list of services. In order to optimize your mobile spa party experience please contact us 4-8 weeks in advance (or more for large scale events). Reservations are confirmed when a signed agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit are received. The remaining balance is due one week prior to event, either by cash, check or Visa or MasterCard. Gratuity is not required, but gratefully accepted. PAYMENTS Forever Eden accepts cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard.
