Wholesale Account Terms     I authorize The Forever Eden Organic Collection to set up a Wholesale Customer Account. I attest that the information given is correct and that if any business information changes Forever Eden will be notified within 10 days. I understand and agree to The Forever Eden Organic Collection Wholesale Terms which shall govern all purchases of The Forever Eden Organic Collection products.   Payments are due in full at the date of invoice. Orders will be processed and delivered/shipped in a timely manner. Forever Eden Products cannot be sold/priced to exceed the MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) indicated on the product label.
